Re | Floyd

After two years searching for passionate Pink Floyd musicians (and many auditions), suddenly it all came together.

Our core Re|Floyd band met for the first time in early 2017. We played 5 Pink Floyd greatest tunes almost flawlessly, without rehearsal. We've since added Saxophone and second guitar to our act, making for that truly authentic Pink Floyd sound.

Our aim is to recreate the tunes of Pink Floyd as precisely as we are able, using their greatest studio and live recordings as our guide. We perform our Pink Floyd tribute act all over the UK, and further afield, in theatres, music venues and private functions. We hope you will agree that our sound is authentic and true to the original.

We still pinch each every time we meet !!

Was blown away Re|Floyd at the MCN Motorcycle festival 2018, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, UK. My club was pitched right behind the stage but still HAD to be front and centre. Amazing performance and great authentic sounding Pink Floyd tribute act! Look forward to hearing you again!

Paolo Solly - C13 Road Runners - Motorcycle Club

An exceptional live tribute act. First time Re|Floyd played at The Sandmartin, Essex, and it was the first Saturday in January. They managed to pack us out and sounded phenomenal. Our customers are eager to have them back. Highly recommended Pink Floyd Tribute Act. Cheers guys!

HAYDEN (Manager, SandMartin)

Re|Floyd played recently at George III venue in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, UK. A truly great authentic sounding band. If you're into Pink Floyd and looking for a top tribute act to recreate the sound of Pink Floyd, look no further than a night with the boys from Re|Floyd

NEVILLE (George III venue)

Re|Floyd played live at my birthday Garden Party!!! Absolutely fabulous!!! Everybody LOVED it! If you are into Pink Floyd you will never see the real thing again, and yes there is always the great Aussie Floyd or Brit Floyd but those guys are now 'Big time' acts that cost a fortune to see. Support these guys as they are bloody excellent, and a true 'Tribute' to the original band. Musically excellent.

The Band

Rod - Vocals

Rod is a great seasoned Rock Vocalist and Recording Artist. In 2012 he was asked to be the Solo Support act for Bob Geldof. A tour which consisted of 8 shows UK wide.

As an Avid fan of the Pink Floyd catalogue he couldn't resist the Re|Floyd Band Project when asked. Rod has a strikingly similar vocal tonality to Floyd's David Gilmour and uses this to effect.

Rod uses Sennheiser equipment.

Tony - Guitar & Lap Steel

Tony has spent years perfecting the guitar string bends and spaces Gilmour so expertly assembles into his recognisable Guitar style.

So, what you hear from Tony in this great Pink Floyd tribute act, is true replication of the David Gilmour sound and solo lines. Not an approximation or ad-lib fill, this is the real thing.

Enjoy the show!

Andy - Keyboards

Andy has been playing keyboards since his late teens. He's very much into progressive rock and although he started out as a huge Genesis fan (and still is), he heard some songs from the Pink Floyd Division Bell album back in 1994, and he was hooked!

So, when he was approached to be a part of Re|Floyd, it was a no-brainer!

Andy uses Korg, Nord, Kurzweil, Studiologic and Boss products.

BobGuitars + Vocals

Bob - Guitars + Vocals

Bob began his musical career in 1968 at the age of 12. In 1971 he founded the great Glam Rock band Hello, with which he had chart hits worldwide and numerous tv and film appearances. He has continues to tour throughout UK and Europe. And works as a music producer and writer, in his own recording studio.

Bob plays Gibson and Levinson Blade guitars, Fender and Music Man bass guitars, Washburn acoustic guitars, Marshall and Ampeg Amplifiers and Boss effect pedals.

CorrieBass and Saxophone

Corrie - Saxophone

Corrie played her first gigs aged around 9 years old. She has experience playing in the greatest classical orchestras, small and big jazz bands, reggae, ska and rock bands across UK and Europe.

Corrie has played the sax for the past 28 years. She is also the bass guitarist and sax player with 70’s Glam Rock band ‘Hello’ and tours throughout UK and Europe. She also works as a deputy for other bands from that era.

Dick Parry’s sax sound with Pink Floyd, and when Candy Dulfer has stepped in, has always been an inspiration to Corrie so being asked to play with Re|Floyd was a perfect opportunity for her.

Corrie plays Selmer saxophones with Otto Link Mouthpieces, Music Man, Fender & Washburn bass guitars, Ampeg amplifiers with Boss & Dunlop MX-R effect pedals.

Martin - Drums

Martin is an experienced drummer of 26 years, and loves the challenge that playing Pink Floyd songs brings.

Martin is the greatest live performer, and consistently wows the audience with his driving rhythms and power.

He plays a 6 piece Pearl MLX drum kit and Zildjian cymbals.
